BO Beauty Studio is a local Utah based pre eminent Beauty Studio offering City Creek shoppers spa services that include but are not limited to Facials, Manicures, Pedicures, Eyelash Extensions and more. CANCELLATION POLICY

BO Beauty Studio Policy Welcome to BO Beauty Studio! To ensure a pleasant experience for all of our clients and employees and to maintain a professional environment, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following studio policies: Appointments Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in-person. Please book in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Arrival: Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure fairness to other clients. Cancellations Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee. Payments Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain services, group bookings or repeat cancellations without the required 24 Hour notice and no shows. Hygiene and Safety Sanitization: All tools and equipment are sterilized before and after each use. Your health and safety are our top priority. Health Conditions: Inform us of any health conditions or allergies that may affect your service. Personal Belongings Responsibility: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times. Conduct Respect: Please respect the privacy and comfort of other clients. Keep noise levels to a minimum. Children: Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. For safety reasons, please ensure they do not disturb other clients or interfere with the services. Service Satisfaction & No Compliment Feedback: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave the studio so we can address any concerns. All complaints and “No Compliment” claims can be made by emailing bobeautystudiofeedback@outlook.com. Refunds At BO Beauty Studio by Mizz J, LLC, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied with the service provided. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be granted and the process for requesting them. Eligibility for Refunds Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us before leaving the studio. We will do our best to address your concerns immediately. If the issue cannot be resolved on the spot, you may request a refund within 48 hours of your appointment. Quality Issues: Refunds will be considered if there are significant quality issues with the service provided such as issues not caused by client actions within 48 hours of the service. Health and Safety: If you experience an adverse reaction or health issue directly related to the service provided, please contact us immediately. A refund or corrective action will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Non-Refundable Circumstances Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind after the service has been completed. Client Actions: Refunds will not be issued for issues resulting from the client's actions, such as improper nail care or damage caused by external factors after leaving the studio. Late Notification: Refund requests made more than 48 hours after the service will not be considered. All refunds are at the discretion of BO Beauty Studio’s owner and management and are issued on a case by case scenario. Refund Request Process Contact Us: Please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment at bobeautystudiofeedback@outlook.com to discuss your concerns. Provide your name, the date and time of your appointment, the technician your service was booked with, service received, and a detailed description of the issue. Our management team will review your request and the details provided. We may request photos or ask you to come back to the salon for an inspection. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Alternatively, we may offer to redo the service free of charge or provide a credit towards future services if you prefer. Policy Updates BO Beauty Studio by Mizz J, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through our website.
